DENVER -- Kyle Seager homered and drove in four runs Tuesday night for the Seattle Mariners, who pounced on Colorado starter Tyler Anderson and beat the Rockies 10-4.
The win was the third straight for the Mariners, one shy of their season high. The Rockies have lost three of their past four games.
The Mariners scored three runs in the second inning, aided by Anderson's only two walks, and three more in the third.
As they did while beating the Rockies 6-5 on Monday, the Mariners got five innings from their starter, this time left-hander Ariel Miranda (5-2), before turning matters over to their bullpen.
Jean Segura had four hits, and Ben Gamel, Seager and Guillermo Heredia each had three for the Mariners, who banged out a season-high 19 hits, six for extra bases.
Seager hit a two-run homer in the second and doubled home two runs in the third.
Robinson Cano led off the seventh with his 10th homer, boosting Seattle's lead to 7-2. DJ LeMahieu made it 7-3 when he grounded out after Charlie Blackmon's leadoff triple in the eighth. It was Blackmon's major-league-leading eighth triple, one shy of his career high set in 2015. LeMahieu, who singled home two runs in the fifth, had a career-high-tying three RBIs.
Five singles in the ninth off Carlos Estevez, who was recalled Tuesday, brought home Seattle's final three runs.
Seager drove in four runs in his first two at-bats as the Mariners built an early 6-0 lead.
Anderson (3-5) has allowed at least one homer in 10 of 11 starts this year. He gave up a career-high 11 hits and a career-high-tying six runs in five innings.
The Rockies got their leadoff hitter on base for the fourth straight inning against Miranda in the fifth and loaded the bases with two outs for LeMahieu. He looped a broken-bat, two-run single to right to cut the deficit 6-2.
Miranda yielded two runs on three hits and four walks with one strikeout.
