MILWAUKEE -- Chris Taylor hit a grand slam in the ninth inning as the Los Angeles Dodgers rallied for a 10-8 victory over the Milwaukee Brewers on Saturday at Miller Park.
The Dodgers led 4-3 in the seventh inning, but saw that disappear when Travis Shaw hit a grand slam of his own and Hernan Perez followed with a homer off Josh Fields.
But Los Angeles got one back in the eighth off Wily Peralta and loaded the bases in the ninth against Carlos Torres (2-4), who drew closer duties with Corey Knebel and Jacob Barnes unavailable.
Torres walked in a run to make it 8-6 before leaving a 2-2 cutter over the plate to Taylor, who crushed it to center and put the Dodgers ahead.
Kenley Jansen recorded a scoreless ninth for his ninth save. Brandon Morrow (2-0) earned the win.
Brewers starter Matt Garza lasted only four innings, allowing two runs -- one earned -- on three hits with four walks and a pair of strikeouts. He had to leave the game after sustaining a bruised chest when he collided with Jesus Aguilar in the fourth inning.
Dodgers starter Rich Hill lasted just four innings as well, allowing three runs -- two earned -- on three hits with four walks and five strikeouts.
Adrian Gonzalez's RBI double gave the Dodgers' a 1-0 lead in the first inning but the Brewers responded with two in the bottom of the frame thanks to an error on Kike Hernandez and a wild pitch by Hill.
Los Angeles tied the game in the third when Garza was unable to corral the relay throw on a potential double play that scored Corey Seager. Aguilar broke the deadlock in the bottom of the inning with a two-out home run, his fifth of the season.
The Dodgers threatened in the sixth by putting two on against Jared Hughes, who let the tying run come home on a 1-1 wild pitch to Yasiel Puig.
Puig ripped Hughes' next offering through the hole at short to drive in another, giving Los Angeles a 4-3 lead.
The Dodgers added a run in the eighth off Peralta and brought the go-ahead run to the plate in the ninth, loading the bases with one out against Torres, who walked in another run with a free pass to Cody Bellinger.
