The Mets cut the deficit to 2-1 in the fourth inning. Pete Alonso led off with a single and Davis hit his run-scoring double into the left field corner.
The Dodgers opened their lead in the fifth inning. Billy McKinney contributed a pinch-hit RBI double, while Turner followed with a ground-ball single to center to score McKinney.
