The Denver Nuggets will try to push their winning streak to a season-high five games when they host the Phoenix Suns on Sunday. The Nuggets knocked off Houston and Boston to begin their four-game homestand and record their second four-game winning streak this month.

Center Nikola Jokic notched his third triple-double of the season with 18 points, 16 rebounds and 10 assists in the 96-92 victory over the Celtics as Denver survived a season low-tying seven 3-pointers and 18 turnovers, its highest total during the winning streak. "This was an ugly win," Nuggets coach Michael Malone told reporters. "It was an ugly game. It's not going to be sent to the Hall of Fame, by any means. The defense was great. The turnovers were out of control." The Suns snapped a three-game slide with a 100-98 victory at Minnesota on Saturday. Devin Booker finished with 35 points, 12 rebounds and nine assists as Phoenix managed to come out on top despite shooting a season-low 34.4 percent.

ABOUT THE SUNS (8-7): Kelly Oubre Jr. supported Booker with 25 points and 11 rebounds in Saturday's win, while their teammates combined to go 14-for-53 from the floor. Booker, who hit all 11 of his free throws, is averaging 32.3 points in the Suns' last four victories. "When you have a special player like that, you have to recognize it," coach Monty Williams told the media of Booker, who was held to a season-low 18 points and 6-of-21 shooting in an overtime loss at Denver earlier this season.

ABOUT THE NUGGETS (11-3):
In two games since being held to nine points at Memphis on Sunday, Jokic is averaging 22.5 points, 14 rebounds and seven assists, and tied a season high with three steals in the win over the Celtics. "Every night he's a triple-double candidate," Malone told reporters. "His scoring, his rebounding, his playmaking, he's always making the right play." Jamal Murray added 22 points Friday and is averaging 23.7 points, 7.3 assists and 3.7 steals over his last three games.
