Last Meeting ( Nov 27, 2017 ) Orlando 109, Indiana 121

The Indiana Pacers attempt to defeat Orlando for the seventh straight time when they host the Magic on Saturday. Indiana has dominated the recent series by winning 17 of the past 19 meetings, including two earlier this season.

The Pacers have won seven of their past 11 games despite suffering a 115-108 road loss against the Cleveland Cavaliers on Friday. "You've got to live in the moment," All-Star shooting guard Victor Oladipo told reporters. "(Friday) was a tough loss. We did some great things, especially in the second half, that we can carry over to (Saturday)." The Magic have lost 18 of their last 21 games and coach Frank Vogel was displeased with the team's last outing - a 105-99 loss to the Sacramento Kings. "I don't think we brought the necessary fight in the Sacramento game. There was a dramatic difference (between) the Boston (victory on Sunday) and that's disappointing," Vogel told reporters. "My response is to get back to work. ... We've got to decide whether we want to be a winning team or not."

ABOUT THE MAGIC (14-33): Center Nikola Vucevic (broken left hand) will miss his 14th consecutive game but is moving closer to a return. Vucevic is averaging 17.4 points and 9.3 rebounds and had 18 double-doubles in 34 games prior to his injury, which has weighed on him mentally. "It's very tough to sit on the sideline and, for me, it's never been this long," Vucevic told reporters. "Just watching the games, it's like, 'Oh, I want to be out there.' Even practices, I want to be out there competing with the guys. In a way, it takes a toll on you mentally, not being able to be out there."

ABOUT THE PACERS (26-23):
Oladipo is averaging 27.5 points, 7.5 rebounds, five assists, 4.5 steals and three blocked shots in the two victories this season against the Magic, his former club. Oladipo scored 25 points in Friday's loss for his fifth 20-point outing in the past six games and he is averaging 23.5 points during the stretch. Power forward Domantas Sabonis had 17 points and 11 rebounds against the Cavaliers for his fourth double-double and sixth double-digit rebounding performance of the month.

BUZZER BEATERS

1. The Pacers have defeated the Magic by an average of 11.7 points during the six-game winning streak.

2. Orlando PG Elfrid Payton is averaging 20.7 points on 27-of-47 shooting over the past three games.

3. Indiana C Myles Turner (elbow) is expected to miss his ninth straight contest.
