Wednesday’s Big East battle between the Xavier Musketeers and Creighton Bluejays features two quick-playing teams that shoot well from everywhere. Creighton isn’t aggressive defensively on the perimeter, and that’s a no-no against a Musketeers squad topping the conference in fast-break points while averaging 17 dimes and draining 38% from downtown. Creighton has won five straight and averages 75.5 points per game. Each of the last five meetings has cleared 144+ points; I’m betting this one also does.
