The Winnipeg Blue Bombers will welcome back star running back Andrew Harris when they visit the Montreal Alouettes Saturday. The Blue Bombers split the Labour Day Classic and Banjo Bowl with the Saskatchewan Roughriders during Harris' two-game suspension for violating the CFL's drug policy and the league's leading rusher (908 yards) hopes to play a major role in keeping the team on track to capture their first division title since 2011.

"I'm extremely fired up and I can't wait to get back out there," Harris told reporters. "It's been extremely tough but I'm looking forward to moving on and getting out there with my teammates." Montreal looks to bounce back from a 27-25 loss to the Saskatchewan Roughriders in Week 14. The Alouettes were clinging to a late lead before surrendering the go-ahead field goal with 25 seconds left in the game to fall to their first defeat since Aug. 9 and hope to stay on course to earn their first postseason berth in five years by halting a five-game skid in the rivalry with the Blue Bombers. "I have a lot of faith in them and I think we have the makings of a very good team," Montreal coach Khari Jones told reporters. "There's going to be some hiccups … but I still feel confident in them and we're going to make things happen."

TV: 4 p.m. ET, TSN, RDS

ABOUT THE BLUE BOMBERS (9-3): Chris Streveler was named of the CFL's Top Performers of Week 13 after throwing for 186 yards and a pair of touchdowns while rushing for two more in the 35-10 win over Saskatchewan. Wide receiver Lucky Whitehead and slotback Nic Demski returned to practice after missing the Banjo Bowl and are likely to play Saturday while offensive lineman Paddy Neufeld is inching closer to making his season debut as he worked out with the team for the first time since suffering a lower-body injury last year. Defensive back Mercy Maston is questionable with an undisclosed ailment while Winnipeg released quarterback Kevin Anderson from the practice squad.

ABOUT THE ALOUETTES (6-5): Vernon Adams Jr. completed 22-of-36 passes for 344 yards and a touchdown while William Stanback gained 83 yards from scrimmage with a TD in the loss to the Roughriders. Running back Jeremiah Johnson returned to practice after sitting out the loss to Saskatchewan with concussion-like symptoms and could play Saturday while linebacker Chris Ackie is questionable after missing a game with a hip flexor injury. Starting long snapper Martin Bedard is expected to play Saturday despite leaving the contest early with an undisclosed ailment and missing Tuesday's practice.
