Cardinals 24, Dolphins 21 (OT): Jay Feely kicked a 46-yard field goal at 6:31 of overtime as Arizona extended its home winning streak to eight games and remained one of only three unbeaten teams four weeks into the season.
Kerry Rhodes intercepted Ryan Tannehill after the Cardinals' first possession of overtime lasted just three plays, and Kevin Kolb hit Early Doucet for 10 yards on third-and-8 to keep the second drive alive. Following three short gains on the ground by Ryan Williams, Feely booted the winning kick as the franchise stretched its longest winning run at home since the 1925 Chicago Cardinals captured eight straight.
Kolb, who was sacked eight times, completed 29 of 48 passes for 324 yards and three touchdowns with two interceptions. Andre Roberts hauled in six passes for 118 yards and two scores.
Two plays after Arizona's Patrick Peterson returned a fumble 60 yards to the Miami 3 with less than 8 1/2 minutes left in the fourth, Sean Smith intercepted Kolb in the end zone to keep the Dolphins' deficit at 14-13. On Miami's first play following the turnover, Ryan Tannehill connected with Brian Hartline for an 80-yard touchdown, then passed to Jorvorskie Lane for the two-point conversion and a 21-14 lead.
Arizona (4-0) recovered a Tannehill fumble during a sack with less than three minutes remaining and Kolb threw a 15-yard touchdown pass to Roberts with 22 seconds left in regulation. Feely hit the extra point, sending the game to overtime.
GAME NOTEBOOK: Tannehill was 26 of 41 for 431 yards with two interceptions. ... Hartline made 12 catches for 253 yards, a new Dolphins single-game record for receiving yards. ... Five of Arizona's last 11 wins have come in overtime and six have been decided by less than five points.
