Seahawks 45, Jaguars 17: Russell Wilson tied a career high with four touchdown passes and threw for 202 yards as unbeaten Seattle rolled past visiting Jacksonville.
Zach Miller and Sidney Rice each had two touchdown receptions for the Seahawks (3-0). Seattle scored the first 31 points, rolled up 479 total yards and forced the Jaguars (0-3) to commit three turnovers.
Wilson connected with Miller on two short scoring tosses to make it 14-0, and his 11-yard TD pass to Rice with 10 seconds left in the second quarter provided Seattle with a 24-0 halftime lead.
The Seahawks increased the advantage to 31 on Wilson’s 23-yard scoring pass to Rice with 11:41 left in the third quarter. Wilson set up Jacksonville for its first score as Paul Posluszny intercepted his pass and returned it to the Seattle 2 before Maurice Jones-Drew found the end zone with 6:20 left in the third.
Seattle backup Tarvaris Jackson tossed a 35-yard scoring pass to Doug Baldwin late in the third and added a 5-yard TD run in the fourth. Jordan Todman had a 3-yard touchdown run in the fourth for Jacksonville.
GAME NOTEBOOK: Seattle won its 11th consecutive regular-season home game while Jacksonville suffered its eighth straight road loss. … Jones-Drew played despite a foot injury and was held to 43 yards on 19 carries. … The Jaguars have scored 28 points in three games, while the Seahawks have allowed 27.
