Lions 28, Seahawks 24: Matthew Stafford found Titus Young for a 1-yard touchdown pass with 20 seconds left to cap a 352-yard, three-score performance and lift host Detroit over Seattle.
Young finished with nine catches for 100 yards and two touchdowns while Ryan Broyles hauled in a TD for the Lions (3-4), who bounced back after scoring only seven points in a loss at Chicago on Monday.
Detroit trailed by a field goal when it got the ball back with 5:27 left in the game. Stafford completed 10 of 15 passes on a 16-play drive, hitting Young on the left side with a pass on third-and-goal to give the Lions the lead.
The Seahawks (4-4) led 17-7 early in the second quarter before Detroit fought back. Stafford hit Young with a 46-yard touchdown pass to chop it to 17-14 before the break and rushed it in from a yard out on the opening drive of the fourth quarter to put the Lions ahead.
Seattle went back in front on Russell Wilson’s touchdown pass before Detroit responded. Wilson ended up completing 25 of 35 passes for 229 yards and two touchdowns.
GAME NOTEBOOK: Seahawks RB Marshawn Lynch rushed for 105 yards and a touchdown on 12 carries. … Lions All-Pro WR Calvin Johnson was held to three catches for 46 yards - the second straight game in which he has failed to reach at least 50 yards. … Seattle dropped to 1-4 on the road. It will play five of its last eight at home.
