Cowboys 24, Giants 21: Dan Bailey kicked a 35-yard field goal as time expired and visiting Dallas moved into a tie for first place in the NFC East.
Tony Romo completed 22-of-38 for 250 yards with two touchdowns and one interception and Jeff Heath returned a fumble 50 yards for a score as the Cowboys (6-5) swept the Giants for the first time since 2007 to join Philadelphia atop the division. Tight end Jason Witten had two touchdown catches and Dez Bryant had nine receptions for 102 yards to help Dallas snap New York's four-game winning streak.
Eli Manning threw for 174 yards and a pair of second-half touchdown passes - the second to Louis Murphy with 4:45 to play - as the Giants erased a 15-point deficit to tie it at 21-21. Romo responded with a 14-play drive, hitting three third-down passes to put Bailey in position for the winning kick.
New York committed six turnovers in a season-opening loss in Dallas and continued the trend when Victor Cruz was stripped by Orlando Scandrick and Heath returned it 50 yards for a touchdown and a 7-0 lead. Romo's 20-yard TD toss to Witten made it 14-3 before Josh Brown's 23-yard field goal cut the deficit to 14-6 at the break for the Giants, who were inside the 10 twice in the half.
Romo's second scoring pass to Witten, a 2-yarder with 6:54 left in the third quarter, extended the lead to 21-6 but Manning capped a six-play, 67-yard march with a 27-yard scoring strike to tight end Brandon Myers on the ensuing possession. Manning forged a tie with the TD pass to Murphy and Andre Brown's successful two-point conversion run.
