Rams 52, Raiders 0: Rookie Tre Mason ran for a season-high 117 yards and two touchdowns while adding a receiving score as St. Louis crushed visiting Oakland.
Shaun Hill went 13-of-22 for 183 yards and two touchdowns for the Rams (5-7), who dominated on the defensive side. Trumaine Johnson returned an interception for a score to highlight a five-turnover performance by St. Louis' defense.
Derek Carr was 24-of-39 for 173 yards and two interceptions before being replaced by Matt Schaub for the Raiders (1-11), who failed to follow up their first win of the season. Marcel Reece racked up 48 receiving yards but lost a fumble for Oakland.
Mason caught a 35-yard TD pass less than three minutes into the game and Hill ran for a 2-yard score five minutes later before Tavon Austin’s 18-yard rushing touchdown made it a 21-point first quarter. Mason broke for an 89-yard TD run with 11:14 left in the half and Hill found Cory Harkey for a 4-yard score to extend it to 35-0.
A 38-yard field goal by Greg Zuerlein made it 38-0 at the half, and Mason scored from 8 yards out with 12:47 left in the fourth to cap his big day. Johnson’s 43-yard return of Schaub’s interception finished the rout.
GAME NOTEBOOK: The Rams recorded four rushing TDs for the first time since Nov. 30, 2003 against Minnesota. … St. Louis put up 50 points for the first time since Oct. 1, 2000, when it scored 57 at San Diego. … Mason ran for 113 yards on six carries in the first half alone, highlighted by the 89-yard score.
