Rams 15, Bills 12: Sam Bradford threw a 13-yard touchdown pass to Brandon Gibson with 48 seconds to play and St. Louis rallied for the win in the freezing rain at Buffalo to keep its faint playoff hopes alive.
Ineffective for much of the game, Bradford directed the Rams (6-6-1) on a 14-play, 84-yard scoring drive capped by a pass to Gibson in traffic in the end zone for the winner. Bradford, who finished 19-for-39 for 209 yards with a touchdown and an interception, connected with Chris Givens for the two-point conversion to complete the scoring.
Ryan Fitzpatrick finished 25-for-33 for 247 yards for the Bills (5-8), who led 6-0 at the half on a pair of Rian Lindell field goals.
Steven Jackson gave St. Louis a short-lived 7-6 lead with a 1-yard run midway through the third quarter, the first touchdown the Rams' offense had scored in the past seven quarters. Jackson gained 64 yards on 19 carries.
Buffalo reclaimed the lead on its next possession when Fitzpatrick faked to his back and found tight end Lee Smith all alone in the end zone for a 2-yard score. The Bills failed on the two-point conversion attempt.
