Jets 24, Browns 13: Geno Smith threw two touchdown passes to David Nelson and ran for another score as New York overcame an early deficit to win its home finale.
Smith completed 20-of-36 passes for 214 yards and picked up 48 rushing yards - including 17 on a touchdown run to clinch it - as part of a ground attack that outrushed Cleveland 208-115. Chris Ivory led the way with 109 yards on 20 carries for the Jets (7-8), who finished 6-2 at home.

The Jets had 68 total yards and trailed 10-0 more than halfway through the second quarter before a 13-play, 80-yard drive resulted in a 6-yard touchdown pass to Nelson, and a 79-yard march led to a last-second field goal by Nick Folk for a 10-10 halftime tie.
Smith finished another lengthy drive with another short scoring strike to Nelson with 14:14 left in the fourth. Cleveland was held to a field goal with 9:40 remaining after gaining first-and-goal and New York - which was 12-for-18 on third downs - put it away when Smith rumbled in with 3:19 to go.
