Last Meeting ( Nov 3, 2018 ) Philadelphia 3, San Jose 4

The Philadelphia Flyers turn the page on a poor start to their season-high six-game road trip as they visit the Anaheim Ducks on Sunday. Philadelphia's four-game winning streak ended emphatically 6-1 against San Jose on Saturday in its first game after the Christmas break and it faces a quick turnaround down the California coast.

The Flyers are 10-5-0 in their last 15 games and in position to compete for an Eastern Conference playoff berth. Anaheim came out of its Christmas break in fine form by posting a 4-3 victory over Vegas on Friday after a 1-3-0 road trip started with a loss at Philadelphia. "We stuck to our game plan,'' Ducks left winger Max Comtois told reporters after scoring his fourth goal of the season. "Every guy on the team, wherever we were going (over the break), we were excited to come back here and play the first game after Christmas. We did some really good things tonight and we have to keep building on that." Philadelphia has won three straight meetings after a 4-1 victory Dec. 17 in its first home game since Oskar Lindblom was diagnosed with cancer.
