Vegas @ Anaheim preview
Honda Center
Last Meeting ( Nov 14, 2018 ) Anaheim 0, Vegas 5
Two teams streaking in opposite directions face off Friday, when the Vegas Golden Knights visit the Anaheim Ducks. Vegas is seeking its fifth consecutive victory after extending its point streak to seven games (5-0-2) with Tuesday's 2-0 blanking of Los Angeles.
Brandon Pirri recorded a goal and an assist for the second straight game while Marc-Andre Fleury turned aside 17 shots en route to his 23rd victory and sixth shutout -- both league highs. Anaheim continues its six-game homestand in search of its first win since Dec. 17 at Pittsburgh. The Ducks saw their slide reach six contests (0-4-2) with Monday's 2-1 overtime loss to Tampa Bay, which dropped them to 0-0-2 during their stretch at Honda Center. Nick Ritchie scored the lone goal for Anaheim, giving him five points (four assists) in his last three games.
