There are five games on the WNBA schedule tonight which means a robust amount of prop bet wagering opportunities to explore.

Napheesa Collier seems to have lost her scoring touch while Chelsea Gray and Marina Mabrey are shooting the lights out from everywhere. All three are featured in our WNBA picks for Friday, September 13.

Today's best WNBA player props bets

Prop bet #1: Napheesa Collier Under 19.5 points

-110 at Caesars

Minnesota Lynx forward Napheesa Collier hasn’t had it easy this season against the Chicago Sky. The MVP candidate typically dominates opponents — and the stat sheet with her fourth-best 20.4 points per night — but she’s failed to reach her scoring average in her two previous meetings with the Sky.

She's gotten 30+ minutes against the Sky, but she's also a defense-first type of player, and her defense and rebounding are why the Lynx defeated Chicago twice already this season. It’s also why Collier has combined to score just 28 points in the last two matchups.

The Olympian has seen a scoring dip since returning from Paris because her 3-point shooting has taken a hit. Collier drains 31% from downtown across her illustrious career but is draining only 28% of her attempts from downtown this season and those triples may be hard to come by as Chicago allows a third-best 31% from long range since the break.

Tonight’s clash will be a slow-grinding affair, and those types of games don’t suit Collier. She’s failed to score 20+ in five of her last six and should struggle again tonight.

Prop bet #2: Chelsea Gray Over 8.5 points

-130 at bet365

Las Vegas Aces guard Chelsea Gray is one of the best one-on-one defenders in the WNBA, but it’s her scoring prop we’re wagering on tonight when they meet the Indiana Fever.

Gray has the tough task guarding Caitlin Clark, but she’s been able to handle the rookie sensation on the defensive end while also taking advantage of Clark on the offensive end of the floor.

She often beat her to the cup Wednesday night and scored 11 points against the Fever on 4-9 shooting from the floor and 3-3 from the charity stripe. Gray’s 11 points was her third double-digit scoring night in her previous five games.

Tonight’s tilt will likely be much slower than either group normally plays, and the Aces half-court set is where Gray enjoys attacking Clark every chance she gets. She's cleared this number in half of LV's dozen games since the Olympic break and should do so again tonight.

Prop bet #3: Marina Mabrey Over 14.5 points

-102 at FanDuel

Connecticut Sun guard Marina Mabrey has been a welcome addition since joining the Sun via a late July trade with the Chicago Sky. Since then, the Notre Dame grad has been an inside and outside threat for the Sun, shooting 46.5% from the field and 43% from beyond the arc in 27 minutes of action off the Connecticut bench.

Her matchup with the Phoenix Mercury should be another good opportunity for the high-scoring guard to add to her growing scoring tally; the Mercury allow almost 56 points per night to opposing guards and the Phoenix bench hasn’t been much better (57).

Mabrey is going to cause fits for an already shaky Mercury perimeter defense tonight. Coming off the bench gives Mabrey a huge advantage and she’s made the most of it. She can light it up from everywhere and has scored 15+ in seven of her last nine games.
