At what point do we blame manny for not fighting?

It seems obvious to me. He won't take the tests because he juices.

It was Floyd's fault for the fight now happening. Manny said he would take the test but would not take a blood test right before the fight because he felt that would weaken him.

The number and tests and when the tests were going to be administered were all Floyd's fault and way to get out of fighting Manny cause he knew he would lose.

jpero, you're the damn fool - get off manny's nuts -- manny has absolutely no excuse to not take the test -- it just reeks of the obvious which is manny may be juiced up -- floyd is not stupid and i don't blame him for wanting manny tested --

They're both wrong.  While Manny does have to take some drug tests, Floyd has to compromise on the type of testing he wants. 

Why should he call for Olympic style drug testing when Manny hasn't been tested positive for anything?  With Mosley, he had to give in because of his past.  If the commission makes it mandatory, then I'm all for fighters having to take the test.  Until that happens, I feel both fighters should only have to take the tests required by the commissions. 

If and when this fight happens, I got Floyd taking it.  As much as I love Manny and his style and what he has accomplished, Mayweather's style and reflexes will be too much in my opinion.

Unfortunately, most people are not educated in physiology.  Floyd had the perfect out by pulling this nonsense.  He knew Manny wouldn't do this bogus deal and it would make floyd look like he was the one that wanted the fight.  Floyd is a douche, but he is smart.  That is why he has a perfect record and all his fights are carefully picked.

And what I meant by Floyd knowing Manny wouldn't do the bloodtest before the fight is that he knew Manny would not accept and that meant Floyd would not have to.  No fighter worth his weight would give blood 24 hours before a fight.  That is just idiotic.  Floyd knew this and all the SMART people think this incriminates MANNY.  Probably the same crowd who are getting their GTL on.  God this country is getting

The sanctioning bodies are the worst part of the sport. Who gives a shit what they call for? That's why Floyd punked their belt and them talking the 3% of his purse for their trinket. It is the correct testing for the current era of athletics. It's rather simple.

Can you answer me with a straight face and tell me that if you was a fighter you wouldn't care if the man attempting to kill you was on juice? Of course you would.

Who cares. So its ok for Manny to juice for his training for the fight then let it clear outta his body before the fight? Manny and Roach are both jokes. Take the stupid tests and fight.

Manny already said after tonight's fight that he'd agree to any test as long as it's 24 hours before the fight.

This is all a waste of time but that sounds reasonable to me.

The Nevada State Athletic Commission will have this style of testing mandatory withing the next couple of years. The World Anti-Doping Agency will push for it and it will be done. In fact, it should have been done a long time ago.

Well, you obviously are not as intellectually challenged as Mr. Gamble but there is a huge difference.  Not in trying to cheat a test but giving blood before a fight.  I'm not gonna go into specific terminology but obviously boxing involves cardio.  You give blood.  Blood contains RBC's.  They carry (in laymans terms your oxygen).  The tour de france I know take blood after every stage but this is why cyclists cheat by using EPO.  Mr.  Gamble, just ignore now because we know your brain hurts from thinking.  Floyd knew he wouldn't have to do this because Manny would not.   Texas Huh, yeah I'll just leave that alone.
