my opinions are not intended to be specifically aimed at you or anyone here... its for all those points and opinions here it just so happened that you were one of the last who replied...
first off... if you did not know that Cotto was the younger fighter by almost 3 yrs then should you have said "capping isn't your game" infront of a mirror instead of me because clearly your research proved you wrong and that pacman fought a BIGGER and YOUNGER fighter in Cotto and not the OLDER and NOT PRIMED mosley.

If it wasn't directed towards me, then why did you quote my post and reply directly to MY post? That makes absolutely no sense.
What I meant by older was not that he was OLDER than Pac, but that when you get older the weight becomes much more difficult to take off. See, we're not even on the same page...your like on some other shit.
My bet on Cotto was about as small of a bet as you can get and I knew it would more than likely lose, thats why I cleaned up on Yuri Foreman and was still in the green that night.
It wasn't just the weight regarding Cotto either, I thought him having no trainer and being devoid of instruction during the fight did a lot of damage to the overall game plan.

you are a very typical mayweather fan... full of excuses even if you are already caught red handed! hahaha
"Cotto had to shrink, if you can't see the value in making an older man shrink to gain an advantage...then I say your a marked man and maybe capping isn't your game. I wouldn't say the way Pacquiao conducted himself was gutsy in the least." - MCNULTY
ok so i think you are the one not on the same page AS EVERYBODY who knows how to read. you just basically explained cotto was older than pac, and not as one grows older blah blah! even if cotto had to shred weight he was still the younger fighter and he was not old he was 28!
so you keep talking about weight weight weight and on the last paragraph you will conclude by saying "It wasn't just the weight regarding Cotto either,"
so what else were you talking about before that suddenly is not? hmm..

Miguel Cotto was damaged goods even before Pac-man, credit to Cotto for not ducking anyone, but it took a toll on his career.
Cotto was damaged goods after Margarito, clearly evident after Clottey.
Remember what happens outside the ring is just as vital as INSIDE.
Cotto's life became a mess when he fired his uncle, got into a bitter dispute... and hired a nobody as a trainer. From there is just went south.. now Cotto is being sued for sexual harassment..
Realistically Cotto may be younger than Pac- man but the head beatings he has taken, plus poor control outside of the ring.. he was a shot fighter.
Remember most of boxing is mental (of course you need skills) but if your mentality is not 100 % on the fight.. you might as well not fight.
We all know pac-man facing these opponents and Mayweather fighting Marquez was nothing short of a soap opera.. for this Mega fight.
These fights are from the past, let's concentrate on this FIGHT
