Could the CFL figured out a way to make a normal schedule?...in 14 games Hamilton plays Toronto 4 times....Saskatchewan plays their first four games at home, a couple of weeks there's 3 games, and one week there's 5 games, etc......it's like the schedule-maker was on an acid trip when he was making it out.

When a game like this transpires where one team has numerous chances that doesn't convert and the other team lucks out, I look to take that team that should have won in the next game and I like to fade that team who was fortunate.....Toronto gets Montreal next week at home and especially if Montreal wins tomorrow, I will back Toronto and I'll fade Saskatchewan next week at British Columbia....Saskatchewan should be a slight away favorite in BC and Toronto should be a 3 or 4 point home favorite.

I am at a casino west of Portland,...I've got a hotel room right on the the beach of the Pacific Ocean, which is stunning......you could not get a more opposite piece of scenery to the concrete jungle of Las Vegas.
Saw the strangest play I have ever seen on a football field today. Mississippi State punts the ball inside the 10 yard line, and a Mississippi State player touches the ball, and the ball goes back about 5-10 yards, where 3 Mississippi State players touch the ball a second time....the referee puts his arm up to call the play dead when a Memphis State player suddenly scoops the ball up and runs 90 yards.....they didn't review the play and they gave Memphis State the TD......I thought the play is dead when a punting team's player touches the ball.
I had Memphis so I am not complaining but it just seemed like the refs blew the call....Memphis won the game on that play.
They usually have an ex-referee in the booth to give commentary on all kinds of inconsequential plays....but on this play, he was nowhere to be found.
