NBA: Portland -15.5

Revenge is gonna play a huge factor in this home blowout of the 76ers tonight. Portland will be fired up after losing a close one to the Clippers on the road...and they will get to finish out the season where 7 of their 9 will be at home. I'm thinking Lillard and McCollum both have this game circled on their rematch list as they were humiliated in Philly amidst a solid 18-4 record during their hottest stretch of the year back in January...the road game became a 25 point blowout despite being 6-point road favorites. Both backcourt buds shot poorly in that game and now that this game is in the friendly confines of the Moda Center, they both should be coming out firing looking to redeem themselves against the league's worst team. Last time out in Philly, the Sixers also had Okafor manning the middle on offense with Noels protecting the middle on defense. Tonight's game will feature neither of these players...and I'm going to bank on the Blazers to take full advantage of this "tanking" NBA team as they look to try and solidify a playoff spot for themselves. As an added bonus, nearly 75% of the home team has covered in this spot in the last five seasons where revenge has become a factor against horrible NBA teams. Not sure how you cannot like the Blazers in this spot...even if Vegas seems to be treating them like the GS Warriors with this type of line. In fact, tomorrow night you may see a line of 18-19 points after this 20+ point shellacking.

Let me clarify...tomorrow night Sixers play at the Warriors so sky's definitely the limit when that line comes out.

$$$ PICK - OKLAHOMA. the Sooners have more big game experience and they've played longer together as a team, they also outpace the ducks in terms of stats, just read the covers article. Oregon has no answers for the big men of Oklahoma. And let's not forget this is a weak PAC 12 division that got blasted in the first round against the big 12. Longer write up if I weren't mobile, but just go with the Sooners, grab a beer and watch the ducks get turned into Chinese food

Hey all,

Kansas -2 is my $$$$ pick.  I saw Villanova play this season, and while they were a good solid team, they were not that impressive.  They are shooting lights out and it simply cannot continue, especially against this Kansas squad who is the best team talent wise in the tourney along with UNC.

I can tell you where I will park my money but my money has been losing as of late.

Villa offense is lacking but in their previous 3 games, 3 tough games, they were able to put up 86+ points which is higher than their seasonal offensive average.  They also beat them with 19 or more points too.  If they can shoot well and put up 80+ and combine it with their stingy defense, kansas will be in trouble. 

I'm on villa +2.5 buying the hook just in case the game goes to the last minute being tied. 

Villa to play okla for the rematch which then is also good for ratings. 

villa and ore?  Villa all the way on this side of the bracket.

$$$$$kansas-2 Kansas is hot right now riding a 17 game winning streak and are crazy good in games that have a lot on the line nova on the other hand lost their conference championship and are 3-3 vs top 25 teams. Nova can absolutely shoot the lights out of it but Kansas has the defense to handle it and the big men to handle the boards. Perry Ellis is a man among boys and will dominate this game the boys coached by Bill self get the job done tonight as Villanova is sent packing

Sweet.  I stupidly stayed up to watch it, now I'm tired as a $hit today, but I suppose it was worth it.  This match could have had 10 goals with all the chances both teams had, but 5 was plenty!  Glad you cashed.

Heard that spurs are resting all of their starters for the remaining of the season?   Only obvious if they know that they can not catch up with golden state. 

I am seeing an early line for golden state against philly tomorrow at -20+

Oregon-1   Is the play tonight.Buddy Hield has had a great tournament there is no denying that but I like the Ducks surrounding cast to win the game and end the career of one of Oklahoma's best players ever. To much height and athleticism on the front line for the Ducks making the Sooners aan outside shooting team by necessity. I like the Ducks to take this game easy.

Ah, another winning soccer play that my book does not offer.  Brings a tear to my eye.   Congrats though to rf_dawg

My my, Duckies getting the quack beaten out of them today.  Ouch.  This tourney is shaping up to be a Big-12 vs ACC slugfest. 

Even with the reverse line movement, I can't help but take Kansas -2.  If Villanova continues their torrid shooting, then so be it.  Gotta tail some of the better college bball pickers here.

Be aware for that Cleveland Cavs games that Kyrie Irving is not playing today.
