Unsure if the following two games are plays are not. In each match-up there is a team from the MAAC (qualifying conference) versus a team from the American East (non-qualifying conference). The second game is also short a point from qualifying so use your own judgement.
Manhattan +7 @ #262 Stony Brook
Maine +5.5 @ #203 Siena

Kine's Saturday System Plays:

Delaware St. +8.5 @ #235 Tennessee St.
Radford +13 @ #221 William & Mary
Gardner-Webb +8 @ #239 Tennessee Tech

To be clear: If you read the manifesto, only Greensboro and Monroe are system plays. The others are school that do not normally have lined games and are thus eliminated.
Thanks for the info, but what qualifies a team for normally having a line? (like basically every game they play having a spread, or is there a "golden number")

Try FanMatch on the kenpom site. It shows the matchups with the rankings making it easier to find the system plays

thank you...this kind of stuff saves time.
Feels like this could turn into a shit show with a bunch of people who don't care to read the entire system and/or choose to exclude rules...I expect a lot of bashing from people playing teams that they shouldn't be on in the first place.....
like Seattle....and someone posted Siena getting 5.5 against the Black Bears??? I wish.

I think, correct me if I'm wrong, the HOME team is the one we look at in determining if it is a system play. If the home team is from an excluded conference...it's not a system play. But feel free to play it. As Kine said, the system is flexible and new input is always appreciated.

You are correct as that is what it states. The question is does it have to be both teams or if one team normally has lines, does it qualify?
The reason I bring it up is because look at last year's Bracket Buster Saturday record of 15-3.
Saturday Feb 20: 15-3 #189 Citadel -10 LOST by 6 (system win) #200 Loyola Maryland -8 LOST by 1 (system win) #180 Davidson -12.5 won by 3 (system win) #201 Manhattan -8 won by 16 (system loss) #217 Ball State -13 won by 16 (system loss) #214 Rice -7 LOST by 11 (system win) #227 Samford -7 won by 6 (system win) #205 Georgia St -9 won by 15 (system loss) #197 Central Michigan -11.5 won by 6 (system win) #209 Radford -9.5 won by 8 (system win) #267 UC Irvine -14 won by 1 (system win) #214 Cal St Fullerton -20 won by 4 (system win) #253 Jacksonville St. -11.5 LOST by 4 (system win) #233 Evansville -7 LOST by 2 (system win) #198 Louisiana Lafayette -11 won by 2 (system win) #234 Northern Arizona -7.5 won by 3 (system win) #188 Boise St -12.5 LOST by 8 (system win) #247 Hawaii -7 LOST by 13 (system win)
You see Radford as a play against team but the play on teams not shown here included New Hampshire (Loyola-Maryland), SIU - Edwardsville (against CS-Fullerton) and Presbyterian (against Jacksonville St.).
That accounted for a 4-0 record with four teams not normally having lines.
What do you think the answer is as Bracket Buster Saturday last year went against one of the rules or did it?

I know Del St is NOT a sys Conf. play. But F it I like it played it @ +8-! Will also be on ULM & NC Grn!
Why is it not a system play?
According to kp, "So teams from the Atlantic East, Atlantic Sun, Great West, Northeast, Patriot League, Southland, Southwestern Atlantic, and Summit conference aren't system plays. "
Excluding those conferences, the following seem to be system plays as mentioned earlier:
plays: delaware state +8.5 @ tennessee state radford +12.5 @ william & mary nc- greensboro +6.5 @ elon gardner-webb +8 @ tennessee tech
AND
seattle +8.5 @ northern illinois
manhattan +7 @ stony brook

Last season on Bracketbuster Saturday as long as we were AGAINST a team that normally got lines it was a play. If you decide to keep that as a rule (it did go undefeated like that last year), then other SYSTEM plays are:
Delaware St +8 (against Tenn St who fits the system) Seattle +8.5 (against No Illinois who fits the system) Radford +12.5 (against William and Mary who fits the system) Gardner Webb +8 (against Tenn Tech who fits the system)
ALMOST Illinois St if it gets to +6.5 Fresno St (Kenpom ranking 163)
