You are correct as that is what it states. The question is does it have to be both teams or if one team normally has lines, does it qualify?

You see Radford as a play against team but the play on teams not shown here included New Hampshire (Loyola-Maryland), SIU - Edwardsville (against CS-Fullerton) and Presbyterian (against Jacksonville St.).
That accounted for a 4-0 record with four teams not normally having lines.
What do you think the answer is as Bracket Buster Saturday last year went against one of the rules or did it?
