Basically sounds like many people in charge of protecting minors once again dropped the ball for a wide variety of reasons. Very sad that these people allowed this to happen or prevent it from happening in both cases.

Man this shows you exactly where these so called higher ups priorities are.  They are all liars, these execs for these news organizations, AD's and Presidents of these Universities and schools.  They only do stuff for kids for photo ops and publicity.  They don't give a fuck dude, as long as they money keeps rolling in they are cool.  And that their friends are taken care of.  It's all about money and reputation to these people.

Scumbag was awfully quick to change his comments after he soon realized how serious it got. They dont have the guts to fire him, but i lost all respect for JB

Um....he defended a life long friend who had a 4 month investigation into this prior which turned up nothing. What would you expect him to do. And there still isn't anything difinitive as of what took place yet
