umass had a couple 3's fall that shouldnt have.. and they cant drive without a solid Defensive stand, i just dont see them pulling this game closer, specially if there 3 ball stops falling..

Fast paced tempo in first half tons of fouls and only 1 point over for the half. I like my position. Houston is going to either have to go to their bench which they obviously do not want to do or slow down the pace so that they dont burn out. If I were on the over I would not be happy about where I was right now.

Any time I'm on the over and the first half has reached at least half of the points for the total game, you have to like your position. I like it a hell of a lot better than if the first half went under, that's for sure.

What a game over 147 for the game with 77 in the first half , tough to bet the second half over when the comnined total will be higher then the orginal number for the game .
It will be a pass form me .

Betting the under on CB and NBA leaves you with alot of middle opportunities by allowing you to bet the over in the second half .
Betting the under in the first half on CBB tends to hit more then the over , no fouls at the end of the half like at the end of the game , teams come out tight and you can have two , three minutes of dead ball with no points .
If the first half goes over in the NBA, take the under , seems to hit over 65 percent every year .

Damn man.. Love the thoughts. I've learned a lot of those common trends myself.
I'm trying very hard to not take the over of Phx games where the score is 71-63 at the half, and the total is a sexy 102.5 ... Man I can't count how many times I've seen Phx, or LAL come out and score 62pts in the 3q, and 33 in the 4th.. It takes a lot of balls tho to bet a 2h under when the 1h has over 110 pts.

Also, I never bet Ncaab 2h unders. I either pass, or go over. It seems that in the last 2 mins of every game, you can score 20 pts as long as the game is within reach (12 pts or so)
