Yes...they are all fixed.  There's a group of ref's and NCAA tourney board members incognito at the Holiday Inn in Indianapolis deciding which games to fix and how to do it      Moron!!   Go back to pumping soft vanilla at your job at Dairy Queen...3rd shift.  I amazed at the level of stupidity.
