March Madness...Covers vs an offshore account

I understand what you are saying, however the reason I play both half and game...and like I said earlier this is my only "influence" on the plays,  is because it is very unlikely to lose both half and game if  you are on the "right side". As far as the final score, back doors happen, people put the scrubs in in blow outs etc etc. I almost always play both in my personal betting.

OK today is a perfect example of the discipline you need as a gamble,  ended yesterday down almost 5 units......today many bettors would have raised there wagers AT LEAST a little bit....I did not, and the poor start this morning though not good of course, has not buried this acct like it would many bettors.

We will plug along until we get warmed up, then we will press

Ok, so what Covers capper picked these games? Covers vs. the offshore account, right? What cappers games are these?

I will detail ALL the cappers individual plays when games are not on, too hectic to type long posts..but to answer this one...

i can say from personal experience this works at times.  I have turned $100 into $1000 two times over several months by going off good cappers here.  I am a very low level bettor ($20-$50 a game) although i take stabs at times when a great capper is confident.  Dont get me wrong, I've given back part of my profits, but usually that is due to my lack of discipline rather than other cappers posts.  Although most of money has been made through baseball (thank you gamehunter) and football, I have had success in march with these cappers posts. 

I'm curious how this experiment will turn out, even though I've already done it and it worked for me!!

OK yesterday was ugly and we are down I believe exactly 15 units

but this  awful start will show everyone exactly what smart bettors say, if you press when losing you get buried. If I had started pressing after a rough start this 15 units would be 30, or worse, then my friends you are having a LOOONNNGGG day

I have to ask you how wagering on your own team is "betting against yourself" ?   Also the blanket statement that a halftime play "is never as good as a flat or staight play on the side"? What makes you think this?

I decided I was going to play halves and games, that is the ONLY input of my own in a sense that it was my "bias" on the plays. As far as the picks, nothing to do with me.

Just because you start cold you can not panic, thats what too many gamblers do they panic.  Amazingly look back from this moment to the spot in this thread where you stated I should only play game bets not first half bets.  Since that moment.., I looed quickly but I believe these are the exact stats, half bets are 4-3-1 for a small profit and full game bets are  1-7 !  Full game bets are burying me, the half bets are keeping us from drowning.

Now I got a little momentum in the last 4 wagers....1-1 game...2-0 first half, so I am trying to build on that, and press when I am winning.
