to be honest Melo is Not that good guys
he blocks shots, thats about it
Christmas and Keita will fill in no prob. they can dunk too
and CJ Fair and all will get rebounds
the Cuse will rally and Waiters will shine

worst news i have heard in a long time!!!! this really sucks, just another bad break for this program, this team just can't catch a break this year, it is story after story!!!!!

yeah the big east was down this year and you are a moron and know nothing about college basketball if you think that the SEC,ACC and BIG12 were better then the BIG EAST!!!! the BE from top to bottom is the best conference year in and year out, the BIG10 was a very good conference this year and maybe actually better then the BE, but just this year!!!!

Syracuse still has enough talent and plenty of depth to make a run very deep into this tournament!!!! losing MELO just made things that much more difficult, he will definitely be missed, but christmas and keita need to step up and give them some big minutes!!!! you guys are high if you think unc ashville is going to beat CUSE, it is not happening!!! the K.state game just got a little more interesting but CUSE will destroy them also!!!! i look forward to this new challenge without MELO and i hope that VANDY doesn't lose befor we get a chance to play them cause all i have heard since Sunday is how great VANDY is and how they are going to demolish CUSE, hopefully VANDY can get past the 1st round this year!!!!!!!!

Lots of talent still but I think KSTATE moves on now past Syr with ease second round. The games without him mid season proved that Syr is not the same team without him.

Even if Syr moves on Vandy will crush them IMO.Tough break as Im a Syr fan.

Vandy is a good team, but very inconsistent, CUSE still has more talent, CUSE will beat K. state and if they face Vandy they will have there nhands full but they will still be favored to win and they are still better then Vandy with or without MELO!!!!! if anything i think this will bring syracuse closer together as a team and give them some extra motivation!!!!!
