Do you know why majority if money is on AUSP but their line dropped from -3 to -1.5?

Any take on the Colorado State/ Wyoming game?  State coming off drubbing by UNLV and line has moved from Colorado a dog to favorite yet $$$ on Wyoming...looks unusual?
