ANALYSIS: The Peacocks are the feel good story of the tournament, but they are also a very well coached team. This shows in how great they have been defensively. The Peacocks are 9-0 SU and ATS in their last nine games. The Boilermakers are 2-10 ATS in their last 12 games. This matchup is lopsided, but the Peacocks are ready to put up another fight. They will keep this game closer than this spread.

ANALYSIS: I didn’t expect the Cyclones to make it out of the first round, let alone making it to the second weekend. They played against two defensive oriented teams. Now they have to face the Hurricanes who are offensively oriented. The Hurricanes are 5-1 SU and ATS in their last six games. This spread is way too low. Lay the points.

The Jayhawks return to the Sweet 16 for the fi rst time since 2018, as
one of only sixteen teams that remain in this fi ght for the right to climb
the ladder in New Orleans on the fi rst Monday in April. Kansas is led
by Big 12 Player of the Year Ochai Agbaji, while Remy Martin appears
to be playing the best ball of his career at the right time. The path to
New Orleans appears paved in the Jayhawks favor, but rest assured, it
won’t be smooth sailing the rest of the way. For openers, Self is just
12-5 SU and 5-12 ATS as a favorite with Kansas against Big East foes,
including 0-4 ATS versus .840 or greater opponents. Then there is the
Jayhawks’ puzzling 3-4 SU and 1-6 ATS mark against No. 4 seeds in the
Big Dance. To advance they’ll need to get by a deeply experienced and
cohesive Providence squad that stands 94-70-3 ATS as a dog behind
head coach Ed Cooley, including 7-2 SU and 8-1 ATS taking points this
season (both losses against Villanova). With the Cool Cat 24-7-2 ATS in
his career with the Friars when coming off consecutive wins and facing
greater than .800 opponents, you know what to do.
