 Im not sure what’s the scientific formulation to solve that sudden spiking or probably, most likely sugar, glucose crashing after i smoke you know, dmn… it took it’s toll… part of it was physcial inactivity whenever i go on a massive grinding as im stagnant monitoring games and timing the live… that took its toll.

cant even smoke in the morning now, hope just for now.

but done some research physcial inactivity, smoking so abnormal flora… 

dmn it is scary when it is about to come…

i got candy packs beside me now. And juiced and carbs… just in case hope not, hope they dissappear…

 Seems to me that phcking books got something on me… when i win… dangerous and criminal…

i can go on for years doin that but suddenly it took its toll 2 sets of episode, 2019 to 2020 and now 2025. Scary… ugly feeling…  shaking and all when it comes and all i can do is to eat carbs and drink some hot choco milk… then juices and sweets while im feeling im about to close my eyes and you know that heartbeat going crazy….. i should been resting for awhile… but il try the stress again…hope i can do it. It’s like strength is limited…

so far i smoke 5 alrrady and made sure im full with protein, carbs and fats…

Dmn anyway… lets concentrate to find some right plays, correct plays to win.
