I like Sac State here (I'm an alum of UCD)... I did a write up, but it comes down to Davis' off-season turmoil. Apparently, 7 players called for the coach to step down, and 5 quit the team. They also lost, at home, to DII Academy of Arts (who was 1-31 last year).
I didn't have the balls to bet Boise -3 at UCD, as I felt the line should have been about 12. Well, shame on me.
If you see my thread "My alma mater is an auto fade for now," I hope you'll chime in.
I'm familiar with the turmoil and the loss to the Academy of the Arts as I mentioned it on one of these pages somewhere, it was a scrimmage though. The matchup with the Art school has no bearing on them playing Sacramento State here. If anything, there is an advantage to playing and being familiar with Sacramento State more so than a scrimmage with the Academy of the Arts. Payne shot 3 shots that game, no clue why. I'm siding with motivation, revenge, and matchups, something that will be consistent throughout the year.
If I remember correctly, Syracuse was beaten in a scrimmage by a Division II squad last year, started out the year with 13 consecutive victories and lost maybe 3 games all year.
It's basketball, sometimes the ball goes in the hole, sometimes it doesn't, but past performances against lesser competition aren't going to influence my selection on a certain game, if anything, it'll add value to the side I choose to play. If you're going to take a look at them, they both have 1 win with UC Davis playing a #148 strength of schedule and SACST playing a #324 strength of schedule.
Again, I've mentioned it before, my risk is less than 1% of my overall risk outcome. If it wins, it wins. If it loses, it loses. Always tommorow.

i bet mich st -5 against uconn u think tht was a bad bet?
Would be the only side I would've played if I had looked at it. Not a big fan of Uconn at all this year, but the same could be said for my thoughts on Michigan State.
I just wanna see a MSU/Washington final. It'll be a great game.

On a side note, it looks as if the majority of these picks in this thread are being sold to people on a different site under the name Joey Cassano. Google is a wonderful tool...
It could be pure coincidence that the picks he is selling and videos he has promoted are the work of a professional handicapper. I am the farthest thing from any of that hoopla as all of you are aware. Just want to let you know I have no clue who this guy is, I am not him, as it was brought to my attention from a friend.
