I agree with jpot. This Rutgers games stink with all the movement. Vegas had to have known from the get-go that Livers was not going to playing and was already in their making of the 1.5 line. They were waiting for the "official" news and pumped it up to 4 knowing everyone was going to jump on Rutgers.
