IMHO: What does it really matter if he is putting real numbers on wagers. I think it be more to get pllayers attention on how strong he feels on the bet compared to others. I never believe what others wager but I use the numbers to determine which is better of the wages. So if we did that we would hate on all cappers put all types of amounts on wagers! Either Follow or Fade to next capper or post.
