The 12 seed upset is so common, I am unsure if it is even an upset. When I look at the lines for the 12 seed games, they clearly indicate the committee does not like 5 seeds and likes to see them lose.

There is a 12 seed upset every year!

There could be 2 this year I says.....

Still have to be on the right ones though.  And yes, a 12 seed over a 5 seed will always be considered a major upset.  Ask the 40 million people who still take all 5 seeds this year.....  LOL

I am chasing tonight. After watching how tight those Kids were last night on national TV, I am thinking the under first half has a shot in both games.

hey crash, can you post all your tourney plays. im not very good at ncaa brackets and i like your advice. if you could just give me your picks ill use them in my bracket with friends for $. it would be much appreciated. thanks

In all candor, I have not watched enough hoops this year to be any good.
I will continue to post my spot plays which are all angle plays.....and given to me by trusted friends.
If you are in a big pool, I would look at taking a 2-4 seed to win it all. The one seeds will be taken multiple times and you can sweep the pool for a huge payout with a small dog. Look on line for the tourney odds and take a team that has decent odds that is seeded in that 2-4 position. Missouri comes to mind.
If it is a smaller pool, then I would just play the chalk on down. It will probably put you close. Hope it helps!

Couldn't agree more.  Irish are SOOOO overrated.  they were trash to start the year then got hot and peaked with that syracuse win.  now they are on their way down.  time to fade

The big plays are today with NC state and the X men.

Going large, nice start 3-2 ( doubled down on those puky w virginia team at half (it was not posted but that is where I am and this is about keeping track))

These are both 5 unit plays for me today.

Some thoughts on the Musketeers today.
1) There stud is NBA caliber to me.
2) Defense is a little soft and they are a little weak on the glass
3) They are really confident, I mean really confident.
4) They do not seem to have team chemistry and this concerns me some
5) They look like a second half team. They are coached to rotate to the second half with their best players on late. Bet them at half.
6) I will play them again but am going to back off some.

X-men up today.
Line is scary.
I am more than willing to lay 3.5 and that is scary.
I hope this is over reaction to the Lehigh win but with Norfolk State getting 15, this line concerns me some.

I will bet USF every game too, regardless of the line. I love their tough style and their point guard is an ugly assassin, my favorite kind of player. His game is ugly but deadly!
