JACKSONVILLE ST (+14.5) over Austin Peay
Another game that on the suface you look at and say NO F#@KING way but, look deeper and it makes sense.
J ST is 6 - 3 ATS on the road. The have only lost by this number 2 times ALL SEASON @ OREGON & the 2nd game of the season to Norfolk St. Austin Peay has only covered this number 2 times in lined games and 1 - 2 ATS as a DD favorite.

Please note that I only pointed it out in more than one thread as an interesting trend that for me and others that tailed has been cashing, that's all! Nothing scientific about it.
Thats an interesting line move. I always go by COVERS FULL ODDS and I saw that drop. So I would not play it or play it lighter than normal.
I also noticed on madduxsports.com (where I go for fast score updates and 2h lines) that the Samford line had dropped to 13 - 13.5. So sometimes, the move shows that the dog is the right play.

While Samford started us out on a sour note we finished the night with a nice cover by NEW MEX ST Ironically, Jacksonville St. lost by 14. If you were able to get it early enough it wins but, I am not counting it as it had dropped on covers full odds.
WISC MILW (+14.5) over Butler
This on the surface looks like a tough one as Valpo just covered against them. Lets look further:
WISC MIL is 2-1 ATS on 1 days rest while BUTLER is 1-3 ATS.
WISC MILW has lost by this number 5 times this season however, they have gone 2 - 1 ATS when getting DD pts. They have gone 6 - 1 ATS after failing to score 50 pts in their previous game.
BUTLER is 0 - 8 ATS their last 8 games as a fav of 13 or more.
Note: There are trends on both teams not noted that are both positive and negative.

HEAD TO HEAD this number has been covered only 3 out of the last 10 meetings with WISC MIL covering the last 5.

It has been asked of me at what point I go with the line. It is always the COVERS FULL ODDS at the time of the writing only IF the majority of Books have the line at 14.5.
Jacksonville St is proof of how important that hook can be sometimes!!!! I know that is stating the obvious but, for this trend it is especially important.
If the line drops you may want to stay away!
Sorry about all the posts but, I forgot to mention that WISC MILW beat BUTLER soundly last time they played by 24. There is a definite revenge factor brewing for BUTLER however, there is also a definite confidence factor for WISC MILW after coming off a bad night. IMO you will see teams that match up well and will play it tough down to the wire.
