Another part of this you need to know is besides the 14.5----(not 13.5 or 15.5) is that the dogs who picked their noses 30 minutes before tipoff,crisscrossed in tieing their shoes and had seen a blackcat under a ladder 24hrs before all seemed to cover the exact 14.5 spread.

Just wanted to throw something in here. I've always been averse to playing 5-10 pt dogs because of the potential foul-a-thon at the end of games that just gives points to the leading team especially in college where the coach will still be fouling down 8 with under a munite to go. This +14 spread seems to be out of that zone where you have to worry about that.

Another outright winner!!!! ML was paying  some serious $$

NC WILMINGTON +14.5 @ Old Dominion

ANALYSIS:  Five times this season NC WILM was a DD dog going 3 - 2 losing to Ohio St. & Geo Mason. Nc Wilm is currently 5 - 3 ATS on the road while ODU is 2 - 5 ATS. The road team is 6 - 2 ATS in the series. Five times this season ODU was a fav of 8 or more covering only once again Northeastern a game in which ODU only scored 49 pts while NE scored 34. ODU statistically is ranked 258th scoring offense, 297th on FT's, and 203 in FG%, while their defense is 18th BUT, 282nd defending ouside the ARC.

NC WLMINGTON stats show they are ranked 294 for PTS per game BUT, 26th in the country hitting the 3. NC WILM has already covered this number at JMU and at HOFSTRA both teams which are ranked higher in the conference than ODU.

Look for a low scoring affair that will keep NC WILM inside the number throughout. It is amazing that the O/U line is 118 with a DD favorite.

It really is up to you on the line move. I go off of COVERS FULL ODDS and if the majority of books are at 14.5. It has been a solid trend whose outcomes have not even been close except for SAMFORD on Saturday. I play regardless of the ultimate line is that my guy has. I also depending on the strength of the Dog will put a lesser wager on the ML.

Congrats on the system so far, I like the reasoning and rationale behind it, always like DD dogs with a half point. Was actually on a few of these plays this season myself and applaud you sharing with the forum

I will be putting 50% of my spread wager on the ML to ensure that if the ML loses I will still cash.

Not to be a downer but i have tracked 14-15.5 for the season and my results are slightly different.
14:     16-16
14.5:  12-9
15:     14-4
15.5:  15-8

I only go by the line in COVERS FULL ODDS and I never tracked this from the beginning of the season. I only know it has been solid from the point I picked it up in December.

Looks like ODU has a pretty solid home winning record (23 - 2). I may back off the ML play. I generally like to play the ML when it is a home dog. You should alway be risking less than the spread wager anyway.

Hopefully for all the guys who took Wilmington they can shoot better than 32% in the 2nd half and take more than 19 shots in 1 half.

wow, lost by 15, both teams missed about 10 shots each the last 2 minutes -_-

What really hurt was the last 3 shots were missed by NC WILM. They missed 2 foul shots and 1 three pointer. On the night they were under 40% on the free throws. They fought hard at least!
