Good morning Neil. So many games on the board.

I am looking at a 3 team teaser but not sure yet of which 3.
Thinking of UNLV -1.5 West Virginia, and Florida State. All basically a pick because of the 8 point teaser.

Not sure about Mizzou winning since they might have a letdown?
And not sure if Marshall is realy going to beat UAB. Thanks buddy

Alabama -5 @ South Carolina, like bama in a must win here, but South Carolina's reach and ability to defend in the paint scares me, add to the fact the line just dropped a point this morning, now Im really confused on this play. Thoughts?

Nropp, Talk to me about the MAC and MVC games.  I know that you have a good read on those teams.  I lean Western Michigan getting double digits from Ohio, Central Michigan plus 8 against Bowling Green, Drake as home dog against Creighton.  Oh, one more, how about Buzz Peterson as home dog to Old Dome?

I see someone already mentioned Wake Forrest. Any chance we catch FSU in a roadie letdown spot? Wake has the athletes to hang with physical teams and if they can win vs slow down tempo teams (Nebraska for instance)...Wake is never an easy palce to play...I jsut worry as we already saw how FSU responds to letdown spots (MD beatdown following the UNC win)...

Also, any thoughts on UNCW in multiple revenge game in a tough setting at Trask vs ODU. Line looks really short for ODU...Can Buzz have them ready for a big home win? Nice ML spot here?

Wow nice to see you on so early Nropp! Always looking for your insight into games whichever way I may end up going, I ended pounding Baylor last night as I just couldn't see them losing, and hit Michigan 2nd half for a nice profit finally.

I would love your insight on George Mason at -4 today, like them almost as much as I did Baylor yesterday, but not quite as much.

Also if you have time, some quick comments on Providence +9, Temple -2.5, Missouri -8.5 (can't see them losing, altho they may not cover), and N. Texas +6....would be greatly appreciated

Xavier&#x27;s offense has looked no where near what it could be or what it looked at the start of the year. Yah, lately they&#x27;ve put up some points, but those games have also come against up-tempo teams, which St. Louis is not. St. Louis averages 62 possessions a game, and Xavier&#x27;s only taken part in a game less than that once, and they weren&#x27;t really tested b/c they were blowing out a Duquesne team who can&#x27;t score all of a sudden. If you&#x27;re backing the X, then Frease is going to have a good game. This STL team has four guards that rank top 500 nationally in steal percentage. They pressure the living piss out of you. I think Tu gets his, but ultimately Frease is going to have to rid the injuries or whatever is effecting his performance this year b/c he has been the missing peice. Ultimately, Xavier&#x27;s home court could be the advantage they need, but I don&#x27;t think they have the depth, nor the offense to get the win going against a style they haven&#x27;t played yet on the season. I won&#x27;t even comment on how good the St. Louis offense is (they don&#x27;t have a single "key" contributor on the team with an offensive rating of less than 100). Simply amazing. STL has septuple revenge as well.GL

Super dumb spot for BYU in the middle of conference with Zaga and St. Mary&#x27;s on tap, and big letdown spot for Tech after playing a tough, physical defense in a slow pace when they&#x27;re going to be forced to play a bit more up and down than what they&#x27;d like.First game I crossed off with no hesitation.GL

Wake Forest, it&#x27;s a decent spot I guess w/ an FSU letdown. But not interested in backing that offense against this FSU defense. Totally different ballgame than the last time they were seen against Boston College.

I think those 3 are safe, but use some home teams. Home teams this year have won 70% of 3,550 games. Missouri has a little letdown, and OSU is a tough place to play, but they&#x27;re just bad.Marshall&#x27;s in a nice spot to rebound to get a win, but not sure by how much as they have Memphis up Saturday. UAB blows.

Hello Nropp and others on this thread.I was wondering how you feel about two of my likely plays for today:Dayton &#x2B;4.5 @ St. JosephsThey have beat them 4 out 5 last matchups (loss being by 1 point) and are riding back to back wins against St. Joes who is on a 3 game slide (though all away).  Is Dayton a good play or is St. Joes too big inside?Alabama @ South Carolina over 120They have combined for over 120 in 9 of their last 10 matchups.  I believe this could turn out to be a close, physical game with a lot of free throws to help push it to over.  Also, Alabama seems to hit on over when they play away.Also, considering Notre Dame/Seton Hall over 128 because of the fact that Seton Hall is at home and should be able to play to their fast pace as supposed to that atrocity that has been Notre Dame&#x27;s offense of late.  Possible defensive letdown spot for Notre Dame on the road?Thoughts?

Not sure Duke, a team with little inside presence, should be laying 11 on the road to many teams.  At home, yes.  But this really isn&#x27;t a team that has proved to me they can blow out teams on the road.  Any opinion there?  Thanks in advance NROPP.

Think you got a winner. Revenge, and great home court. Teams match up as good as any two in the CAA. Should be a great game. I wouldn&#x27;t look too much into the fouls or free throws. There will be plenty. Both are in your face no easy basket type defenses. They&#x27;ll foul you before they give you a layup.GL

Hey Neil,At first glance I like the over in the UNLV game. As far as I can remember Boise likes to play an up and down game.Do you think Boise will be able to score on UNLV?And if the game becomes a blowout do you think its safer to take the over 1st half?I would appreciate your thoughts.
