Yes,  chasing with teasers is a very bad idea. However I think a single two, three and even 4  team 8 - 13 point NFL teaser on a Sunday is a good idea with such tight lines in the NFL. However if you lose, don't expect to make it back by just by throwing in a SNF or MNF bet. If those games were qualified to bet, then you should have had them in your teaser.

Yes....you are right....there are those you just cant seem to pick winners consistently. Nothing you can do with that group.

However......there are many  novice cappers out there who are excellent at picking winners, they just have no concept when it comes to money mgt

So........continuing along. Without proper money mgt you will go bust when that 0 for 10 or 2 for 12 losing streak hits. It hits ALL of us during a season....sometimes it hits several times and if you are betting too much per game, you will get wiped out and have to re load. 

I've had streaks so bad I thought someone must have put a curse on me.......0 for 18 and 0 for 20. Yup.....no lie, I've also had winning streaks of 17 in a row, 20 in a row, 24 in a row just to list a few. So in the end it all balances out.................thing is you want to be in the game for when the winning streaks hit.  

You are absolutely correct.....they will not and will eventually lose their bankroll and have to re-load.

Best advice I can give anyone is this...............go out and lose some real money, five hundred, a thousand, maybe five thousand...... then come back to me and tell me how it feels.

We all know the answer. feels terrible.

Until you lose some real money you haven't really experienced the mentality of a bettor. There is no other way on this planet to explain this other than losing some money to see that this is not a game.

Eventually you will come to the realization that money mgt is the ONLY you will succeed long term. Anyone can have a winning week or winning month............I'm talking about having winning years. Big big difference

Another problem I hear about A LOT is........."Well it's just not interesting enough for me to bet just $100 per game".

I totally understand this dilemma.........everyone is diff, everyone has a diff size bankroll...I get it.

 I bet $1000.00 to $5000.00 per game never more, never less. I've always have a bankroll between 50 - 100k. Enables me to endure losing streaks and continue on.

Starting out you must realize that you have to make bets sizes according to your bankroll size..........THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO GETTING AROUND THIS FACT. This is where discipline comes into play......without it you will fail by betting too much per game !!

losing streaks hit EVERYONE..........I don't care who you are. the 2 for 10 or 1 for 8 losing streak hits EVERYONE no matter how good your capping skills are. 15 or 20 in a row is a rarity but does happen even to the best cappers. My point is losing streaks(BAD ONES) happen to us all.
