3-3 at home Imo and they should be able to pull off 1 road win .

Some randos who watch spring ball every year told me that NU was obviously better conditioned this year. It could be CU's new OC wearing down his D, because Rhule will be playing ball control. Speaking of NU...
looking for big things happening with Prime and squad..
...this looks a lot like the Scott Frost hire.

As a Sooners fan I hope you're right! The defense should be improved after hitting rock bottom last season. The problem is, this is a shockinly talent deprived defense compared to past years, thanks to Lincoln Riley and the portal. The good news is they don't have a whole lot to beat in the Big 12 this year other than the usual suspects Texas, KSU, TCU. And they have a fairly easy schedule.

So Step, what's your take on Urban's comments? I agree Urban Meyer is one of the best college coaches, ever...But, he has also demonstrated that he is a complete D-Bag...and maybe he is just adding fodder to the matchup, so he as a talking head will get more attention on game day, and perhaps to F with bettors like us...Was he being genuine, or sarcastic, or both...I have seen what TCU can do to teams with much more talent than CU this season (ie my longhorns in 2015) in Fort Worth for early game...TCU reloads...I am not worried about TCU's D...DC Gillespie is legit, and those so called CU stars sanders and the other 5 star (Travis Hunter, who according to Urban does not need to practice, since he is the next Percy Harvin and so brilliant, I call BS)...I am not worried about TCU's WR's or RB's, again reload...those TCU stars were nobodies at the start of last season, so plug and play...I am concerned about losing 3 starters on the TCU's O Line...and I am concerned about Chad Morris at QB. Sure, he won the job last season before Duggan took over...Coaches son, diminutive by D1 standards for a QB...Will he slice dice Prime's secondary, or will be marginal in week 1...Though CU's DL is inexperienced, they will be athletic...I do think Shedeur Sanders is going to get sacked, and often, and he will throw picks...Its one thing as a 3 star recruit to slice and dice HBCU's and CU's inexperienced D in the spring game, its another, when its a 11am game at Fort Worth against a Top 20 team, hungry to dispel the stench of getting killed by UGA in the NC Game...As you know, nothing in college football capping is a slam dunk, and this TCU v. Colorado game is no exception...Based on my thinking out loud here, it should probably be a pass...I am still researching...I would appreciate your perspective and that of others on this matchup...Week 1 is always hard...Lots of D1 v D2 no line games (at least at Heritage), and no data points to evaluate from this seasons teams...For me, its either TCU -20 or pass...

no d1 v d2...those are FCS teams they are playing and dont let the lower division fool you, the top 25 fcs should be power rated somwhere between 60-90 overall in FBS, so these teams are just as good as your mid tier sun belt, mac, mwc, etc.
At this point I would bet on depth and lack of continuity at the P5 level will weigh heavily on the buffalos as the season progresses and I dont see many gimme wins on their tough slate, but with what TCU lost and what they have coming back i would not lay -21.5 I could see the buffalos popping TCU for a few scores and keeping it within the number.
