Good luck jdn
Although, I find it quite interesting that you completely ignore this statement.

Mad respect for ya bro, but wow. NILL as a monster play? I followed you all year, and you gave me some great plays, but man, no way I can back this one.
You are really rolling the dice (imo). If FSU shows up motivated at all (which I agree will be hard), I don't think NILL will get a first down, let alone score. Yes, Lynch is good, but running the read option every single play (like he did all year in the MAC) isn't going to cut it in this game. Personally, I think NILL is going to be in alot of 3rd & longs in this game, and I think they are in major trouble. The ONLY thing that allows your bet to cover is if FSU doesn't prepare (which we all know FSU plays down to their talent).
As much as people want to point out WVU v Georgia or Boise v OU or even Utah v 'Bama.. I can point out Hawaii v Georiga (a 41-10 bloodbath). Or Cincy v Florida (a 51-24 Bloodbath). Both of those games were similiar circumstances.
If I had to guess (and again, just my opinion) there is no way on God's Green Earth that FSU alumni, FSU players, FSU coaches will want to watch a team from the f'n MAC complete with a team in FSU that was a preseason pick to win the entire FBS championship. And b/c Lynch does get so much hype, I think that actually helps FSU's defense be more motivated.
I honestly think FSU will NOT play down to their talent (for once). I think they will be highly motivated in this game, not only b/c they don't want to get embarrassed by a MAC school on National TV, but b/c Lynch will be getting so much hype leading up to this game, their defense will be ready.
I'm not betting the game b/c FSU is so inconsistent, but I will be watching to see what happens. I 'think" it is gonig to be my latter statements above.
-Good Luck.
