Platinum Play - Air Force POD!
My second Platinum play of bowl season (1-0). I really love AFA in this spot. Their defense is more than serviceable, especially against the run giving up 3.4 YPA on the year (18th best) and a crazy 1.7 YPA over its past 3 games (2nd best only to Penn St). Baylor is a fast paced team while AFA tends to slow it down. The beginning stages of the game is really important as AFA can ill-afford to get behind and play catch up. I believe Air Force comes out strong and eventually pulls off the minor upset. AFA 24 Baylor 21
Side note: How do you not take Air Force in the Armed Forces Bowl??

Yes I do believe Houston has better offense. But I also believe Louisiana is a live dog and here's why. Houston's defense is god awful. They have let up point totals of 77, 48. 43, 37, 36, 33, 32 this season. They have won a grand total of 3 games by more than 7 this season. On the other side, Louisiana has only lost 3 games by more than 6 (one against FSU). Lastly, Houston passes almost more than any other team in the country (nearly 58% of plays - ranked 14h in country). If I had to give one strength to the Ragin' Cajuns, it would be their pass defense. The angle is, they keep this game close enough to stay within a score or at worst, be within 2 scores for the backdoor at the end. Final score prediction: Houston 31 ULL 27
Do keep in mind, Dell is playing for the Cougars and Jefferson is not playing for the Ragin Cajuns.
