3-5-1 the last 2 days if you had Wake Forest at -3.

Today will be no different.  Play the averages not the trend.  Some may look at this as negativity, but I'm just trying to offer another perspective that has worked in the past.

Even simpler is to fade the system plays.  That's what I'm saying.  No need for a seperate thread but if you'd like me to spell out the opposite teams for you just let me know.

Nesby, it's no use to try to convince a herd of sheep. We've already made our point on page 11. Yes defensive ratings are a good place to start when betting bowl games/NFL playoffs, but what these folks are failing to realize is there are more compelling stats to take into consideration. I bet 90% of the people on this forum don't watch games or review film. 


Last, I wouldn't call this a fade thread and to go against all system plays. Just use your head and decipher things for yourselves. Obviously all the UVA backers never watched Bronco Mendenhall coach at BYU, most vanilla offense you will ever see. For those that don't know Bronco is the head coach of UVA now.

Anyone who does not like the system or the plays needs to simply stay out of this thread. As one of the other poster suggested start your own thread as opposed to simply bashing someone else

Just a heads up for everyone.

Miss St. vs Louisville is a very tough game to cap. Miss. St. Just lost their entire coaching staff, starting QB Fitzgerald not playing. I'm sure everyone in their head is thinking Lamar should go off today and Louisville will blow them out. That is impossible for the best capper to predict. Capping is all about predictability and trends and it's hard to narrow down either of those with all the variables on this game. This might be one to sit out. 

Memphis/Iowa St. similar to Oklahoma St. vs VT. Explosive offense vs strong defense. Obviously system is going to take Iowa State here, my lean is Memphis. Game being playing in Memphis and Iowa St. pretty banged up at end of the season. 

Fade or follow I wish everyone a happy new year and lots of prosperity.

Dude no one is bashing anyone. Please read through and show me where someone has been disrespectful or negative. This is a public forum open for discussion. If you can't handle that stay off the internet. Besides all we're trying to do is raise a point so that maybe we can advance this system and build off of it. While I agree that there is no out right bashing YET, it is already starting to head that way.

Discussion is a great thing. Trying to enhance a system is a great thing. Telling people to simply fade the system is NOT a great thing.

If I start seeing people simply bashing I will give one warning and then start sending people to the PB

The goal here is to pick winners right?  If there is a system which has done very well but is turning, why wouldn't fading be a good strategy?  There is nothing negative here.  We're all trying to find the best angle to find an edge.  Everyone is obviously free to do as they please.

I agree and as I said a few posts earlier fading isn't the answer. Some of these higher defensive teams might be the better play on any given game. With that taken into consideration and how well the system performed at the onset. Now is the time to start considering some alternatives stats/trends to mix in with the defensive ratings. 

No bashing on my posts. I got love for everyone and I love money even more. So let's all put our heads together and get this cash. Like BIG said if it ain't about the money pappa just don't care. BOL Houston & everyone else regardless of your selection.

Miss St
Iowa State
Penn
Wis

The miss St game is already in play but I would going to sit out this game dues to teams not being in full effect.  

Memphis game is worth noting that Memphis defense is horrendous.  Iowa State defense is bad azz.  Only a choke job by Iowa State defense will be the reason for Memphis to win in this game. 

Penn n Wis, this I loved.  Single plays, parlay them both for the hopefully win.  

Best of skills to us all.
