absolutely, both sides could have got better lines by waiting or taking the earlier line. 

now with the line increasing that would cause concern for UAB backers, no?

Hey bud , I've had a fun ride betting CFB. From the " Old days " learning the process back

in Chicago , to flying into LV every Friday night to bet on CFB , to moving here in '93.

I've met a lot of great people here in the business, from Bettors , to Bookmakers  ,

to Beverage maidens.

It's been a fun ride , and I'm very thankful  to have been involved with this Sport

for so many years .

That's about it. Knowing which way the line is likely to move , and having the patience and

wagering discipline to wait for it.

Only if , as a bettor , you actually know the difference between a good price .... and a bad price.

Those who don't are just throwing their money at it ....... and hoping

  That ..... you have to learn for yourself , if you want to be successful at this .

  A good price is any price that gives you a high probability to win your wager.

Funny story for you on how I got started doing this and my first trip to Las Vegas . It was

not to bet CFB , but my Wife had to go out there for seminars and to recieve an award.

I had my own business so I thought I'd go out there with her. Once there , she was tied up

in seminars , so her Boss and I decided to go exploring for something to do .

 We wound up at the OLD MGM , where they had , of all things a a Jai Alai fronton .

We'd spend the day betting on that. Turned out I did pretty well and one thing

led to another , etc. 

Well , it's no longer the MGM , there is no longer Jai Alai there , but there are Sportsbooks

everywhere here in town . Naturally an ex Jai Alai bettor would turn to betting CFB .

And the rest is history ,as they say.

These Thursday games are turning out to be the Power 5 version of " Maction " 

Army  currently at    - 21  - 110  ( full game ) ,  - 13  - 110 ( first half ) at most shops

Syracuse RB's   Abdul Adams and Jarveon Howard have chosen to " opt out "

of the 2020 season , effective yesterday .

Miami - Saw on Don Best another 2 OL's were OFY added last night, I'm assuming they both opted ... ... Phil had them #2 T Jr. Herbert and #3 G Jr. Hillery... they already had a #2 G, #3 T opt out w Donaldson and Walker... Ourlads showing backups are 1 Rs Soph 2 Tr Soph and 2 Tr Fresh... 3Jrs 2Rs Soph starters... 2 or 3 are higher talents in 247 most are fairly avg ..  

Wouldn't call last night super promising with 2 sacks and another 6 TFL's, couple times King squirted away from pressure... Don't remember King making too any impressive throws, maybe the one lazer that Brevin dropped ... RB's had a good night but take away their long runs seemed like Harris was the the only consistent one .. they better hope Harris is okay or could be a long season .. 

UAB like 13 penalties if add in the declined ones ... Only good throw all night was from that backup QB ... That Off tackle run worked maybe twice out of the ten times they ran it .. low energy H2 again .. 

Bridge , Army is now  22 ' now at Pinny   

Hope the books have Miami laying some premium points now that they covered a game and proved they can score a couple points with their fancy new tempo offense .. 

Perfect ... were directly over the target .. bombs away lol 

I haven't digested the play by play, yet . Their D didn't seem too bad though .

Sure did I saw they werent on their depth chart from a week or so ago ...  guess that meant they opted out.. Replacing 'Big Moe' with 'I don't Know' ...

I'm on UNC TT ...  it sounded like they're struggling with personnel in the new revamped D,  .. Struggles running at the pace they move are more than welcome .. Depth chart shows a guy Patrick Davis as starting guard .. former DL or TE .. Phil's starter Davis inj in spring, hasn't been seen since .. team sounds like a dumpster .. 

Another one to watch out for might be GA-State .. 4 fresh QB's in depth chart .. picked Phil's favorite .. The true fresh qb who had the corona heart issue actually cleared to play .. so.... maybe a silver lining .. they get ULL next week for first game .. 

Those 2 RB's who opted out just 4 days ago ,represented just over 60 % of their

returning rushing yards , with De Vito representing most of the balance of them.

De Vito kinda downplayed their departure , but that loss of production has got

to be made up somewhere . Might tend to make Syracuse one dimentional

against the 'Heels .

tOSU  OG Wyatt Davis is opting out of the 2020 College football season to prepare for the 2021 NFL Draft .

Tremendous line swing on Texas State  Opened at  - 6 ' and went to up to - 9 '.

Now , it's back down to - 6' again .
