@WahooS QB of auburn just went to portal Still a play brother?
Portal is destroying the fun and has completely made bowl handicapping guesswork almost!
Universities or Conference rules should now offer scholarships with a loyalty clause of 3 years, unless of course they jump to the NFL. If a player refuses to sign, you don't offer him. (discuss) Its completely bananas for a player to refuse just before a bowl, unless of course something really sideways, turned him off and its announced. I would have to think that some of these players are going to have to turn off their social media and look over their shoulders now, as sad as the world is with hyper-loyalty almost expected.
I would think boosters and just killing some programs by defection is going to take its toll on football investments if it means they are all chasing their tails looking for the right situation for them. The selfishness bothers me and is a complete turnoff!
That said, I am sure some programs feel this is the greatest thing since slice bread, since they get to cherrypick players....
Proving is hard. Talk is easy.

That's Michigan who lit up the #2 and #1 defenses in Ohio St. and Penn St for over 30 pts. They steamrolled to 225+ yds on the ground vs the number 1 defense and NO, ALABAMA did not play a better defense this year!!!! TEXAS was it and they are ranked 23 for defense and Bama got out gunned by them..... Georgia was the 10th best defense with arguably a much softer schedule than Michigan.
Georgia would not beat Michigan..... NEXT YEAR MAYBE, but not this year against a solid team with a lot of older players who have been to the Playoffs for 3 straight years with this year.....Georgia and Bama with far less players with experience!
Those of you who think talent will beat Michigan's defense, what happened with Ohio St. with great backs, receivers and a good Oline.....Milroe and their RBs/Oline better than Buckeyes??? Better receivers than Buckeyes?? Cmon...no
Texas played 2 Top 10 teams and won ONCE
Michigan played 2 Top 10 teams and won TWICE
Best defense Bama played was Texas AM (9th) and they were almost defeated.....
2nd best was Georgia at 10th and they won somehow....but Georgia is NO MICHIGAN DEFENSE...close...but not as good
Texas was the 3rd best defense Alabama play
Now remember, Michigan scored 30 pts vs the #1 and #2 defenses in the country! Alabama could not top 30 pts in their quest to beat their 3 best opponent defense
You all have SEC stardust in your eyes......
MICHIGAN WINS EASILY ...by 6-10 pts is what I am declaring....Milroe has the slowest pass release to receiver in the TOP 30 QBs and he will telegraph who he throws to vs a smart Wolverine secondary. They will keep Milroe in front of them and force FGs all day long, meanwhile, Michigan will grind down the Crimson Tide defense keeping them on the field with long drives
Don't fade Michigan
Proving is hard. Talk is easy.
