Picking bowl games takes a lot of these 3 things.

1. Experience

2. Understanding the angles ( coaching changes, motivation, etc.. )

3. Luck....yes, you need it. Give me luck over skill any day of the week.

 No picks were posted for me this past season. I hope you all have done well. But since the holidays are approaching, I thought I would get involved and give thoughts and picks for the bowl season.

 Ask any question you may have and I will try my best to help. Please no trolling or immature nonsense.

 I'm also gonna do something for fun that I would NOT recommend you all doing.....But I will. I will make at least 1 play on every bowl game.

Hey Boom, just wondering since everyone seems to be on the Hou/SDSU over, what happens if Houston loads the box and forces SDSU to throw the ball...something they have not proven to do effectively all season. If this happens, I'm projecting something around a Houston win, 35-10 final.

Just wanted to hear your thoughts on this.

Also, I really like laying 5 pts as I think Houston is far more motivated and have been in big games similar to this for the last 2-3 season.

Boom, 1st, welcome back...

I see that your going to "Play" every game BUT, can you at least state which ones you feel more confident about???....Im sure you play some more then others...

Not liking the play on every game thing your doing because it doesn't help me as much when I'm breaking things down but have at 'er.

What do you think about the W Michigan v. Wisconsin matchup.   I like Wisconsin.    They will play no frills and wear W Michigan down, in my opinion.  Thank you in advance.  LHH

 Got a little un lucky on the UCF/UL Laf over but also got lucky with the push on the new mex -4 1H

sure.... the games just played are " whatever " games. I will post before the game if I really like it.

Im only betting every game just to do it....normally the games just played wouldn't have even been on my radar.

First thoughts is not what most people think....

I think Wisconsin will maul them up front on both sides of the ball. But Wisconsin plays just conservative enough to help W.M....

Fleck knows this is a audition in front of the national stage.... I totally expect his team to be ready. 7 points is not where it will finish at....the public will push that number to 10 or higher.... if it hits 11 + I think it has value.

Fleck WILL have his boys ready.

This is what I'm waiting for. There are too many people in love with Wisky. I think it probably moves up to 10. Which I think will be enough for WM to cover.

Tulsa is one of my Top 5 favorite plays of the Bowl Season. I would be very surprised and disappointed if it did not take us to the pay window.   This is a 2:30 game tomorrow for those interested, televised on ESPN.

good to hear from you Boom Boom glad to see you share the insights for bowl season.. Good luck the rest of the way and have a happy holidays with the fam!! 

on a side note i have a future bet on Clemson +800 to win title from before season started. i do think they can get past Ohio st. but once again Bama will stand in the way this years bama team seems better defensively but worse offensively. the Tigers i feel are the best team that stands a chance to beat them. Watson is a good enough dual threat qb to still put up points on bama's defense but will clemson's defense hold and will Watson not throw a dumb pick in a crucial time like he has few games this year.
