Anyone watch that cheap shot on Glen Dorsey? I looked very serious. Also anyone notice that his production fell off the charts afterwords and not only that, is plays per game declined after every game since that not counting overtimes?
 
I know the month will help but when you are scared to death over losing millions it is hard to come back after a close call like that. I think that injury might have been worse then what LSU lead on or at least worse in Dorsey's eyes. If anyone can comeback after an injury like that it is Dorsey who is an animal but $30 million dollars in guarenteed money at risk might be in the back of his mind.


Dorsey is going to be the 1st pick overall ..  I can see how he might be extra cautious.  But this guy is a very good player and i highly doubt he is even thinking about it . If he was worried about being injured and not getting his money he would have left last year for the draft when he was going to be a 1st rounder then too. I think he will be playing his ass off in this game with no fears.

OSU's offensive line is good, but Dorsey will draw double teams the whole game which means in order for LSU's defense to work, the others on that line will have to pick it up. I expect Dorsey to wreak havoc in this game, double teamed or not.

Well just a little update for anyone who gives a shit. LSU returned back to practice yesterday and a few guys spoke to the media. WR Early Doucet was quoted as saying this is the first time he has been this healthy since the VT game which was week 3. The best though came from Glenn Dorsy who was moving like a freight train. Dorsey said he is as close to 100% as he can possibly be and looks forward to playing on 2 good legs and a recovered back. Great news for LSU backers. Miles also said that RB Keiland Williams would be fine and ready to go. All other bumps and bruises were descibed as everyone is ready to go. What was descibed as a very high energy and high spirited workout by the LSU Tigers. QB Matt Flynn is the only starter not yet at 100% and it remains unclear who would start for LSU. As the updates come I'll post.

Ohio St. choses to wear scarlette red jerseys and grey pants allowing LSU to wear their traditional home white jerseys and gold pants. Thanks OSU!!!

FYI - One of OSU's starting cornerbacks is suspended for the game.  Donald Washington.  Darn it.

No douche bag this is where a good thread by good people are talking about the The National Championship Game. You know the one you and your Sooners will be watching on TV??

As for Donald Washington that is a HUGE loss. They have a really good 3rd cb in Chimi but no I don't know what they will do in their dime package. My guess is Jamario O'Neal steps in either at Corner or Safety and that is horrible news as he is a lost soul. All the talent but the lightbulb never came on......ouch! I have a guy on the inside and a call out to see what the 2 db's did.

Het Gabby, what is this doing to the moral of the team?? What I'm hearing from Baton Rouge is LSU is practicing alot of 4 and 5 WR sets so far. If you find out drop a line in here. Thanks.

If what I'm hearing is true, there are rumblings in Baton Rouge that Trindon Holliday may not play in the title game. That would take away one of LSU's speedsters on offense and special teams.
