It's really tough to do this college football. If a player is playing that poorly, he'll simply get benched. Plus, what if a QB gets a concussion and his backup does well?
There's so many variables that it's hard to imagine anyone would even bet that much even if the player was bribed.

Well stated… I have been screaming this for years! It happens in the Pros as well… Once you take the Wise Men in Vegas money, they got your axx for life i.e. Tommy Brady, Aaron Rodgers, Payton Manning (#18 is the biggest crook of them all) and Joe Flacco to name a few.
Those
who try to quit are ousted; just ask those basketball players from UTEP last
year… An anonymous call to the FBI ended a couple of those kids careers...

that being said, the key is to get in on the right side of the fix!!! 
i dont care how good you are at capping, i dont care how many pages can you write about a game but one thing i am sure that not so many people here win more than 3 weeks straight. its gambling, today you win tomorrow you'll lose. I believe in luck more than skill. in some weeks, i thought i was God but then luck ran out. and this is the reason why you see some of our greatest cappers have disappeared for awhile :), one week they win everything but the weeks after you only go against them to make $.
. Know your weeks and gamble responsibly :) , bet less after 2 weeks of winning, bet less on sunday if you win on saturday, ...wait for your luck to rise again.
