I have a gambling problem

In debt for 20LARGE but still won’t stop. Really depressed!! What can I do to stop this madness? Constructive advices are appreciated.

Stop for one year and don't pay your guy. I blame him for letting you get out of hand.  Pay him 5K and tell him to go to HELL.  

Stop. Plain and simple. You’re going to chase to try and win big. Make bad decisions and lose more. Anybody who gambles for quick fixes never wins. 1/100000. 

take a break until ball and hockey starts AT THE LEAST. Give your head a break. 

Better yet contact a specialist. Gambling addiction runs deeper than just gambling usually. 

Serious as a heart attack. I use online books. I reload with my cards. Money is gone. Debt is in my name. 

Take up taxidermy, it will tie your hands and fill your time and competitive juices.  And if you become skilled at it, you might make some coin doing it.

 Bankruptcy is a thing. If not, take COLTS tomorrow. 

Am really fighting hard to refrain myself from reloading today since I have nothing to do. Off from work for the holidays.

I stopped using hard drugs and  drinking thanks to AA pretty much I’m of the thinking the steps can help solve alot of problems the problem is the individual needs willingness. Fact of the matter is if you went to GA you’ll meet people who have been in your shoes and awhole lot of support that you simply can’t get online. God bless you brother

You appear to have horrible money management ( Dont feel bad 90%+ of gamblers do ) ...

If you quit now , you'll save yourself for the rest of your life...

 Attention from complete strangers? I know no one and no one knows me on here. What do I gain from this post. 

I've lost about 25k last 3 weeks and some how keep going.  Win a week or 2 then give it all back plus some. I over the years have came to understand how people are so addicted to drugs. I somehow always find a way to pay my bookie

 I do have jobs. Working full time for a company and side-show in construction work.

WONTON QUIT NOW. call each credit card and tell them what has happened and offer them about 20% of what you owe or you will file bankruptcy. Borrow the 20 % that you pay on the credit cards on a home equity loan less than 3% interest.   20000 IS NOT AS MUCH AS YOU THINK IT IS. lt is around what a junker car would cost.  Sleep on it tonight then go to work on my plan first thing Monday. ASk God to help you in this matter. Please don't bet another dime on a game . I promise it will only get worse.

Use whats left and take your friends and family out with it. Just so u still have some dignity and took care of whats really important.

 Filing for bankruptcy is not an option for me my brother. I plan to be able to get a house loan in the future. You are right, 20k is not much but i live in the bay area. Rent and foods and every other bills take most of my income away.

one thing I left off Winton . ASk each credit card you settle with for a receipt for full pay off. I swear you might get out of this for 4 to 5 thousand dollars.

It is my overall losses to the books over the years of me picking up this bad sports betting habit.
