let's start with the motivation factor. boise is pissed of course they missed out on a bcs bowl, but i think they are too well rounded to not be interested, those seniors want to win their 50th game to be the winningest boise class yet. they could come out a bit sluggish, but i don't think it will be an issue in the game as a whole. also, they aren't playing a team from a lesser conf, they get a chance to beat another team from an AQ conference, before they make the move themselves to the big east. asu has been in a tailspin, lost 4 straight, fired erickson, burfict being a distraction and have completely lacked focus. and for an already kind of a "wild" team (big for td, then multiple defensive penalties), the fact they have lacked total focus down the stretch wouldn't give me a warm and fuzzy feeling that if they get down in this game, they have the nut sack to fight and get back in it. they could circle the wagons for erickson though, but will burfict? i'm sure he's not ha[ppy with him for being benched and i think his head is in the nfl anyway, at the same time he wants to perform on this stage.
So along this losing stretch, one thing has been constant, Osweiler has been able to move them up and down the field. they average 34 a game and at the same time, their defense has been riddled with injuries all year and in this 4 game skid have been shredded for the most part. they have given up 29,37,31,47. boise will score on them all night. However, boise st defense has been dinged up and they have struggled against big arm qb (pachal, lindley) , they gave up over 800 yds to those two and have been burned by the deep ball, Osweiler can certainly throw the deep ball. I don't ASU defense is going to become some stingy stop unit tonight, so i don't think it is unreasonable to think boise would continue with their scoring average. I think Osweiler will be able to connect on some deep balls on the boise 2ndary like tcu and sdsu did. they gave up 35 and 36 in those games. so, i think what i'm trying to say is..........

I am on the OVER too but this total has dropped from 68 to 65. They are expecting strong gust of wind tonight @ LV Bowl. Worried as both defense will now struggle to air it out.

Copag - hopefully it won't make either offense do things they normally don't, i.e. run the ball. could def affect the deep balls. I guess i'll just have to hold my nose and hope the offense don't stink due to this wind.
good luck guys.
