Congrats LuDawg...win or lose, I was going to post how we both handicapped the game prior to kickoff and whether the line at Tulsa -7 was a good line.
First of all, my wager was the Over 33 team total on Tulsa, so I cashed in as well. I was fairly certain that GJ Kinne was going to light up the scoreboard and decided to throw everything on that play. When RB Jamad Williams moved to the secondary a week before the game and there was no info on 1st Team CUSA safety DeAundre Brown on depth chart, something just wasnt right.
Second of all, Vegas having the line of Tulsa -7 was accurate...difference being 3 missed extra points by Tulsa and a hail mary by ECU, the game would have been a 7 point difference.
Third, give ECU coaching staff credit who knew they couldnt stop Tulsa's offense and went for it converting a 4th and 5 at your own 35 took a lot of guts.
